8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of Research Use Only products: 

• All sales are final 
• We do not accept returns or exchanges 

Exceptions may be made solely for: 

• Products that arrive damaged 
• Incorrect items shipped 

All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery.
